Package Delivery Policy

Once a package has been marked as "Delivered" by our shipping carrier, side:change considers the delivery complete and successful. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Delivery Confirmation

  1. A delivery confirmation from our authorized shipping carrier serves as conclusive proof that the package has been successfully delivered to the provided shipping address.

  2. side:change shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, damage, or misplacement of packages that occurs after the shipping carrier has confirmed delivery.

Customer Responsibilities

  1. It is the customer's responsibility to:

    • Provide accurate and complete shipping information

    • Monitor package tracking information

    • Take reasonable measures to prevent package theft (e.g., providing delivery instructions)

Post-Delivery Claims

  1. side:change will not process refunds or replacements for packages that:

    • Show a confirmed delivery status

    • Were delivered to the address provided during checkout

    • Were lost, stolen, or damaged after confirmed delivery

Exceptions

  1. This policy does not affect your rights regarding:

    • Items damaged during transit (before delivery confirmation)

    • Incorrect items received

    • Manufacturing defects

    • Other issues not related to delivery

Recommendations

We recommend customers:

  • Track packages using the provided tracking number

  • Install security cameras or video doorbells if package theft is a concern

  • Consider shipping to a secure location or requiring signature confirmation

  • Report any suspected theft to local law enforcement
